Board of Supervisors to Hold Annual Reorganization

Redwood City— The San Mateo County Board of Supervisors will hold its annual reorganization Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2019, during its regular meeting at which Presiding Judge Jonathan Karesh will also swear in Supervisor Carole Groom and Supervisor Don Horsley for their newest terms.
The Board is expected to choose Groom, supervisor of District Two, as president for 2019. The Board will also select a vice president. The public and media are invited to attend the administration of the oath of office, the Board reorganization and reception. The remainder of the meeting is a consent-only agenda.
