Streaming Video

The popular on-demand film streaming service Kanopy is now available for free from the San Bruno Public Library. Library card holders can access Kanopy and sign up to start streaming films on demand instantly (10 per month). Films can be streamed from any computer, television, mobile device or platform by downloading the Kanopy app for iOS, Android, AppleTV, Chromecast or Roku. Kanopy showcases the world’s best films, including award-winning documentaries, rare and hard-to-find titles, film festival favorites, indie and classic films, and world cinema with collections from Kino Lorber, Music Box Films, Samuel Goldwyn, The Orchard, The Great Courses, PBS, thousands of independent filmmakers, and a special Kids Kanopy, curated in conjunction with Common Sense Media. San Bruno Senior Center Membership: Help the Senior Center continue to bring high quality programs and services to the community by becoming a Senior Center Supporter. The annual “Supporter” fee is $15 per year for San Bruno residents and $20 for Non Residents. Applications are available at the reception desk. You will receive some coupons with your membership plus the satisfaction of supporting the Senior Center.

  • Team of enthusiastic players (50+) who practice and play softball on Thursday mornings (usually 9:30am-noon) at Lions Field (weather permitting). New players, male and female, encouraged to join us for some fun and exercise. League Fees:$10 per person per year or free for 2019 Senior Center Members. For more information, call Mary at (650) 616-7152.

Bocce Leagues will begin the week of March 4. Schedules available at the reception desk February 11.

Senior Advisory Board
Congratulations to Dorothy Carmichael, Bill Goff, and Joanne Tracey who will serve as Board Members for the next two years providing oversight of programs and activities at the Senior Center.

Tax Assistance
Free assistance will be available on Tuesdays starting February 12th - April 9th from 9am - 3 pm. Sign up for an appointment at the reception desk.

Living Well with Chronic Conditions
