“Across the country, the demand for affordable housing is far outpacing supply. Communities are struggling to find solutions to their housing affordability challenges and are seeking practical alternatives to help people of different ages and incomes to find affordable housing” said HIP Housing Executive Director Kate Comfort Harr. “Home Sharing is an idea whose time has come. It instantly turns existing housing stock into new affordable options using a model that is efficient, scalable, and sustainable. HIP Housing is proud to be co-hosting this conference!”

On Thursday, October 18, 2018, attendees will also be welcomed by U.S. Congresswoman Jackie Speier and Mayor Michael Brownrigg of Burlingame. More information on the conference offerings, can be found at http://nationalsharedhousing.org/conference-2018/
