NOTE: Twenty one persons were placed in housing through the Home Sharing program in the month of February!

Belmont: One bedroom available in a 3BR/2/BA house. Rent is $650/month w/a $1000 deposit. Room is furnished, has a private bath, & laundry access. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood & the room has a private TV. Prefers no smoking or pets. Homeowner enjoys doing yardwork & spending time with family.

Daly City: One bedroom available in a 3BR/1.5/BA house. Rent is $1100/month w/a $1000 deposit. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Shared utilities & laundry access. Home is located in a very relaxed neighborhood behind the Westlake center & near a BART station. Outside smoking & pets are fine. Homeowner enjoys outdoor exercising, video games, and tea ceremonies.

East Palo Alto: One bedroom available in a 3BR/2/BA house. Rent is $1000/month w/a $1000 deposit. Room can be furnished or unfurnished with laundry access. Home has a nice front and backyard. Outside smoking ok. No pets. Home owner is active in the community, enjoys exercising, spending time with family.

San Bruno: One bedroom available in a 5BR/2.5/BA house. Rent is $900/month w/a $500 deposit. Room is furnished with shared utilities. Home is located in a nice neighborhood. Prefers no smoking or pets. Home Provider enjoys relaxing at home and watching movies.

San Mateo: Private living room space available in a 1BR/1/BA apartment. Rent is $900/month w/a $500 deposit. The space is unfurnished and utilities will be shared. Laundry access in the building. Outside smoking is ok but no pets. Home Provider travels often so the living space is more private.

South San Francisco: One bedroom available in a 3BR/1.5/BA house. Rent is $850/month w/a $850 deposit. Room is unfurnished with laundry access. Home is located in a safe, quiet, peaceful neighborhood, close to transportation and shopping. Prefers no smoking or pets. Home Provider has two small dogs. She enjoys exercising, reading, watching movies, and spending time with friends.
