The San Mateo Elks Lodge is sponsoring a “National Hoop Shoot Free Throw” Contest.

Students please email your Hoop Shoot registration to elksmagic@gmail.com before December 8,

or call the Office @ (650) 345- 4886. Please provide: Student name, Age, Date of Birth, and Gender.

Birth Certificate is needed. Please bring a copy !

Contest will be held on Saturday, December 15, 2018 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Location: Notre Dame High School Gym

1540 Ralston Ave

Belmont, CA 94002

The contest is FREE and opened to Boys and Girls in the Age Groups of 8 & 9, 10 & 11, and 12 & 13.

All participants will receive a 2019 Hoop Shoot T-Shirt

1 Boy and 1 Girl from each age category will be selected to go to the next level, which are the Bay District Finals Age Categories

• Age 8 - 9 Cannot reach age 10 before April 1, 2019
• Age 10 – 11 Cannot reach age 12 before April 1, 2019
• Age 12 – 13 Cannot reach age 14 before April 1, 2019
