List of San Bruno CA Street Sections Being REPAIRED

The City of San Bruno will be performing roadway improvement work for the 2018 Street Rehabilitation Project in two phases.

The Phase 1 improvements consist of asphalt concrete base repair and installation of accessible curb ramps. Work for this phase began on November 13, 2018 and is expected to last through January 2018.

The Phase 2 improvements consist of pavement rehabilitation utilizing a rubberized hot mix asphalt overlay treatment. The application of rubberized hot mix asphalt is highly weather dependent and is anticipated to resume in the Spring of 2019.

The following streets listed below will be receiving this pavement rehabilitation treatment:

  • Acacia Avenue (Crystal Springs Road to Santa Lucia Avenue)
  • Elm Avenue (Bayhill Drive to Crystal Springs Road)
  • Green Avenue (Forest Lane to San Bruno Avenue)
  • Hazel Avenue (Jenevein Avenue to Park Avenue)
  • Heather Lane (Eucalyptus Way to Sequoia Avenue)
  • Huntington Avenue East (Bayshore Circle South to Herman Street)
  • Masson Avenue (Angus Avenue West to San Bruno Avenue)
  • Sneath Lane (Monterey Drive to Riverside Drive)
  • Susan Drive (College Drive to Summit Road)
  • Valleywood Drive (Oakmont Drive to Willow Way)

Residents will receive a construction notice from the Contractor, G. Bortolotto & Company, prior to commencing construction activities.

The roadway will be closed to through traffic, however, access to each property will be maintained.

“No Parking Tow Away” signs will be posted at least 72 hours in advance of each workday.

Residents are recommended to park their cars on their driveways or around adjacent streets not impacted by construction work.

To avoid cars from being towed, please avoid parking on the roadway during the times posted on the “No Parking Tow Away” signs.
