Man Pulls Gun On Neighbors Following Argument: San Bruno Police
A 61-year-old San Bruno resident is facing felony charges related to assault with a firearm, according to police.
SAN BRUNO, CA —A man is facing felony charges in connection with pulling a gun on neighbors following a heated argument, according to the San Bruno Police Department.
On Wednesday at 10:05 a.m., San Bruno police officers said they responded to a multi-unit apartment building along the 700-block of Easton Avenue in San Bruno for a that a man was
waving a handgun at neighbors.
Officers said that when they arrived, they learned that the suspect, a 61-year-old San Bruno resident, had been involved in a heated, verbal confrontation with neighbors. During the encounter, the suspect retrieved a handgun and pointed it at his neighbors while threatening them, police said.

According to police, using de-escalation tactics and negotiation skills, officers were able to arrest the suspect and recover the handgun without any further issues.
He was booked into the San Mateo County jail for felony charges related to assault with a firearm.
