On Friday, January 18, 2019, at approximately 4:09 pm, San Bruno Police Officers responded to the report of a gunshot victim in the 700 block of Easton Avenue in San Bruno.

A subsequent investigation revealed a 28 year old female sustained a non-life-threatening wound. She was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Given the nature of the injury, witness statements and evidence collected at the scene, the wound is likely the result of a negligent discharge of a firearm. The investigation is on-going.
