San Bruno Man Arrested for Shooting
The man is facing an attempted murder charge for the Wednesday afternoon shooting, which took place on El Camino Real.

A 19-year-old San Bruno man has been arrested in connection with a shooting that took place Wednesday afternoon on El Camino Real, police said.
Alexander Francisco Marquez is being charged with attempted murder after a man told police that Marquez fired a shot at him from another vehicle at about 1:50 p.m. as the man was driving south on the 600 block of El Camino Real. Marquez was a passenger in the other vehicle, police said. No one was injured.
Officers arrested Marquez several hours later after further investigation.

Police are still searching for the vehicle in which Marquez was riding.
The vehicle is being described as a green four-door sedan, possibly a Mitsubishi. The driver was a white or Hispanic female. The victim told police there was another male sitting in the back of the car.

Police didn't say if the shooting was gang-related.
