NOTICE INVITING SEALED BID PROPOSALS FOR San Bruno/BART Garage Fence and Gate Project

Project No. 51002
1. NOTICE: The City of San Bruno (the “City”) will receive sealed bids on the proposal forms
furnished by the City and in accordance with the plans and specifications on or before
Friday, March 1, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. PDT by the Office of the City Clerk, located at 567 El
Camino Real, San Bruno, California 94066, for the following public work:

2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The work includes, but is not limited to:  Mobilization and demobilization; excavation, backfill, disposal of materials
and dust control on site
 Furnishing and installation of concrete foundation piers with reinforcement
bars, wire mesh fence, HSS beams and posts, and steel base plates and
other items as noted on the drawings and specifications
 Furnishing and installation of electrical, telecommunication and data
conduits; relocations of existing emergency phone; installation of new
emergency phone and other items as noted on the drawings or
specifications.

 Furnishing and installation of new access control equipment that provide full
integration with existing access control system currently being utilized by the
San Bruno Police at the main building. Equipment proposed to be used are
noted in the Scope of Bids Specification Section 00 24 13.

 Furnishing and installation of new entry and exist gates, door, motors, gate
loop detector, electrical conduits, electrical wires, rolling gate, access door
with vision panel, rolling gate guide beam and other items as noted on the
drawings or specifications

All work items shall be constructed in accordance with the contract plans and
specifications. Bidding documents contain the full description of the work.
