San Bruno Traffic Stop Leads To Two Arrests
A search of the vehicle revealed a loaded, concealed firearm, along with live ammunition, and stolen property according to police.

SAN BRUNO, CA — A traffic stop on Saturday afternoon in San Bruno led to the arrest of two East Bay residents on suspicion of illegally possessing a firearm and package theft, police said.
A 37-year-old Oakland resident and a 41-year-old Hayward resident were pulled over just before 6 p.m. at the 500 block of San Mateo Ave., police said.

Police believe the suspects were involved in package thefts from several residences in the area.
The suspects were arrested and booked into San Mateo County Jail on charges related to illegal weapons possession, mail theft, possession of stolen property, false identification, possession of narcotics paraphernalia, criminal conspiracy, and parole violations, police said.

Officers are working to identify potential additional victims of package thefts related to these arrests.
