San Bruno's Memorial Day Weekend Forecast: Warming Trend Coming

Don't let Friday's weather fool you. It's about to change.

SAN BRUNO, CA — Though Friday was predicted to be "unseasonably cool" with scattered showers, Peninsula residents and visitors can expect a warming trend to kick in this holiday weekend, forecasters said. High pressure is expected to build in the region, leading to warmer temperatures on Sunday through Tuesday especially.

A 30 percent chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 60. South southwest wind 9 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Friday Night
A 20 percent chance of showers before 11pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 54. West wind 10 to 14 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.

Saturday
Partly sunny, with a high near 60. Breezy, with a west wind 16 to 23 mph, with gusts as high as 33 mph.

Saturday Night
Partly cloudy, with a low around 53. Breezy, with a west wind 16 to 25 mph, with gusts as high as 34 mph.

Sunday
Sunny, with a high near 64. Breezy, with a west wind 13 to 22 mph, with gusts as high as 31 mph.

Sunday Night
Mostly clear, with a low around 54. Breezy.
