San Mateo High School - Annual Canned Food Drive Starts 11/10/18

San Mateo High School will kick off their annual canned food drive on November 10 and will accept both food and monetary donations through November 27. Their goal is to collect 100,000 pounds of food which they will donate to Second Harvest Food Bank and Samaritan House. The school's canned food drive has been recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records for holding "The World’s Largest Food Drive" in 2005.
