Belmont: One bedroom available in a 3BR/2/BA house. Rent is $1100/month w/a $600 deposit. Room can be furnished or unfurnished with shared utilities & laundry access. Home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Prefers no smoking or pets. Homeowner enjoys volunteering and playing sports.

Daly City: One bedroom available in a 3BR/2/BA house. Rent is $1000/month w/a $500 deposit. Room is furnished & has a semi-private bath. Home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood close to public transportation. Prefers no smoking or pets. Homeowner enjoys relaxing at home.
