The Foundation recommends that any organization with questions about eligibility for a Community Grant contact the Foundation at grants@sbcf.org or (650) 763-0775 prior to completing an application.
September Board Meeting Announcement
The Foundation's Board of Directors will hold its next meeting on September 5, 2018, at the San Bruno Senior Center, 1555 Crystal Springs Road. The agenda is posted below, and members of the public are welcome to attend.
The September 5 meeting includes a report from the Investment Committee, an advisory body that provides investment management oversight guidance to the Board, and a presentation from Sand Hill Global Advisors, LLC, the Foundation's investment adviser, regarding the Foundation's investment portfolio. The agenda also includes consideration of a second grant to the City of San Bruno for the next stage in the development of the new recreation and aquatics center in San Bruno City Park and reports on the Foundation's major program initiatives, including other strategic partnerships with the City of San Bruno, the Community Grants Fund, the Crestmoor Neighborhood Memorial Scholarship, and the Music Education Strategic Initiative. Also on the agenda are a presentation on Skyline College's Promise Scholars Program and an introduction to San Bruno's new City Manager, Jovan Grogan.
The complete Board meeting packet, including the agenda for the special meeting, is available for download atwww.sbcf.org/meetings. A hard copy of the complete packet will be available for public review with the City Clerk at San Bruno City Hall and at the San Bruno Public Library.

9. Public Comment: Individuals are allowed three minutes, groups in attendance, five minutes. If you are unable to remain at the meeting, contact the President to request that the Board consider your comments earlier. It is the Board’s policy to refer matters raised in this forum to staff for research and/or action where appropriate. The Brown Act prohibits the Board from discussing or acting upon any matter not agendized pursuant to State Law.
