Sustainable San Mateo County (SSMC) has been co-hosting a monthly Environment & Sustainability Thrive Action Group (TAG) in conjunction with Thrive, the Alliance for Nonprofits in San Mateo County.

Next week, we are excited to announce Special Guest Kimi Narita, Deputy Director, City Energy Project and a leader of the American Cities Climate Challenge at the NRDC (Natural Resources Defense Council). Kimi will provide a survey of local climate actions strategies that NRDC is seeing across US cities and share best practices. There will be ample time for questions and answers as well as discussion on local strategies.
Come to learn, contribute and help spread solutions that work at the local level afterwards! Let's help accelerate sustainability adoption together!
