Casa Romantica’s oceanfront gardens are open to the public daily!

Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens, the historic estate of San Clemente city founder Ole Hanson, is open to the public daily for self-guided garden tours. If you need a break from the confines of home and screentime (and who doesn’t these days?), you'll find respite meandering through 2.5 acres of water-wise gardens and tranquil oceanfront vistas with a stunning backdrop of Spanish Colonial Revival architecture. Casa Romantica embodies the romance and reality of the Southern California experience -- kids, seniors, individuals, couples, and families can all explore Southern California horticulture, architecture, and culture.

To ensure safe social distancing, tickets are limited to a maximum of 40 visitors per hour, with a maximum of 20 guests in the gardens at any one time. The interior of the home and galleries are currently closed, but the gift shop remains open. Admission is $5 (children ages 12 and under enter for free), with contactless payment options via card or cash.
