President Richard Nixon's former oceanfront San Clemente estate is back on the market for $63.5 million.

SAN CLEMENTE, CA - The oceanfront San Clemente estate that President Richard Nixon dubbed La Casa Pacifica is back on the market for $63.5 million.

The property, has 15,000 square feet among all the structures, according to the listing, including a 9,000-square-foot main residence.

The Spanish Colonial Revival home also features 480 lineal feet on the beach, an entertaining pavilion, a two-bedroom guest house, pool and pool terrace, lighted tennis court.

Nixon bought the sprawling estate on the southern end of San Clemente in 1969 and wrote his memoirs there after resigning from the Presidency.

The home has been owned by retired Allergan CEO Gavin S. Herbert for more than three decades.
