San Clemente: Senate Bill 760 Letter Of Support

Senate Bill 760 authored by Senator Pat Bates (R-Laguna Niguel) will delete from the state highway system the portion of State Route 241 from State Route 5 south of the City of San Clemente to Oso Parkway east of the City of Mission Viejo. This bill has been referred to the Senate Appropriations Committee.

The City was told Senate Bill (SB) 760 will be heard by the Senate Appropriations Committee on Monday, May 17, 2021.

The City of San Clemente is asking residents and supporters to submit letters of support for SB 760 by Friday, May 14, 5 pm. Please submit your letters to the following California State Senate portal: https://calegislation.lc.ca.gov/Advocates/
