Five years ago, when Mike Barth had the chance to purchase 22 undeveloped acres in his hometown of San Juan Capistrano, he jumped at the opportunity. A SoCal contractor, Barth is not unfamiliar with the real estate market — the acreage was a rarity then, and today, represents one of the largest single parcels of land available.

Barth hired Queue New York-based luxury real estate auction firm Concierge Auctions to sell his pristine acreage, now known as The Hills of Juliana Farms. Once offered for $3.95 million, the property will be sold during a live auction on Dec. 11. So what does that mean for the sale price? It’s 100 percent up to the bidders.

“Selling without reserve, we look forward to enabling a diversity of buyers to name their price. Ultimately, the highest bidder will win,” explained Concierge Auctions President Laura Brady.

The auction of The Hills of Juliana Farms, located at 31495 Juliana Farms Road in San Juan Capistrano, will be held live on Dec. 11th.
