Body Found In San Leandro Near Marina ID'd
The body was found the last Sunday in November by a pedestrian on the Bay Trail.
SAN LEANDRO, CA – The Alameda County Sheriff's Office Coroner's Bureau has identified a body found in the water near the San Leandro Marina on Nov. 26 as 40-year-old Jinseong Ahn. Ahn's residence was unknown by the bureau.
A passer-by walking the Bay Trail near the marina called police about 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 26 to report a body floating in the water, said police Lt. Randy Brandt.
An update on the investigation into Ahn's death is not available at this time.
