The Library will provide all equipment, but registrants are welcome to bring their own wi-fi enabled laptop. The workshops are free, space is limited, and registration is required.

From the City of San Leandro
The San Leandro Public Library and Ace Monster Toys present three 3D Printing Workshops as part of the Millennial Academy on Saturdays, July 20, July 27, and August 3, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
3D printing is an exciting, cutting edge way of making three-dimensional, solid objects using a computer program and a 3D printer.
In these introductory workshops, adults age 18 and over will learn the basics of 3D design and print a sample three-dimensional object! No prior knowledge of 3D printing or programming is required.
The Library will provide all equipment, but registrants are welcome to bring their own wi-fi enabled laptop. The workshops are free, space is limited, and registration is required.
Registration is available online at www.sanleandrolibrary.org on a first come, first served basis until each workshop is full.
The 3D Printing Workshops are brought to you by the Millennial Academy, a Library program designed by and for Millennials, people aged 18 to 33. The Millennial Academy events have been designed for Millennials, but all adults 18 and over and welcome to attend.
The Millennial Academy is made possible through a Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) grant from the California State Library.
