The Davis Street Primary Care Clinic will be opening its COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic on Saturday, June 26, and July 17, 2021, from 8am-11:30am
The Davis Street Primary Care Clinic will be opening its COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic on Saturday, June 26, and Saturday, July 17, 2021, from 8am-11:30am at the Davis Street Community Center located at 3081 Teagarden Street in San Leandro.
You must schedule your appointment ahead of time at myturn.ca.gov
FREE Johnson & Johnson and Moderna vaccines will be administered for adults 18 and over, and Pfizer Vaccines for children ages 12-17 years old.
