FREE Walk-in Covid-19 Moderna vaccines are available for adults 18+ at Davis Street's Primary Care Clinic located at 3081 Teagarden Street in San Leandro. Moderna vaccine walk-ins are available Monday - Friday from 8am - 12pm until May 14, 2021.
Appointments for Moderna and Johnson and Johnson are accepted 8am-2pm Monday-Friday. *Johnson and Johnson vaccinations are appointment only.*
