Help Community Kids Succeed! Back to School Drive for Homeless Children

You can help homeless children strive for a successful school year by donating to Building Futures' annual Back to School Drive.

From July 1st to August 15th, we’re collecting school supplies for children in our shelters, housing, and domestic violence outreach and intervention programs.

School supplies are needed for children of all ages, with an emphasis on backpacks. Your generosity will support the children of our community, and equip them with the proper resources they need to get a strong and positive start this school year.

Collection bins are located at the Manor Branch Library (1241 Manor Blvd), Rite Aid (1355 MacArthur Blvd), Zocalo Coffeehouse (645 Bancroft Ave.), Floresta Dental (579 Floresta Blvd), Church of Christ (601 MacArthur Blvd), and Starbucks (1209 Marina Blvd. #1209), McDermott Costa Insurance Brokers (1045 MacArthur Blvd), and Building Futures' administrative office (1395 Bancroft Avenue).
