HAYWARD, CA — Meet Mellow. This beautiful cat was lost six years ago, soon after his family moved to the Bay Area. They lived in Hayward first, where Mellow went missing, then San Leandro. A military family, "In July 2015 we were stationed in Georgia and had to move away," Thomas continues.

Mellow's life took a turn recently when he met a new family. Petra Stojka and her husband were returning home after running errands when they were approached by Mellow, who she describes as an overly friendly cat.
