Updated 5:17 pm BART is back on schedule. This afternoon the transit system reported a delay at Bay Fair Station that affected travel toward Dublin/Pleasanton, Fremont, Richmond and Daly City. The disruption was due to an equipment problem on the track. BART fixed the problem after 3 pm and normal service was resumed.
