SAN LEANDRO, CA — A man who died from injuries he suffered in a solo vehicle accident on Interstate Highway 880 in San Leandro on Sunday night was identified by the Alameda County coroner's bureau on Friday as 59-year-old Yuk Kuen Ou of San Leandro.
The accident occurred along northbound I-880 just south of the Floresta Boulevard overcrossing at about 7:25 p.m. Sunday, the CHP said.
Ou was taken to an area hospital and died there a short time later, according to the CHP.
