Man Stabbed To Death In San Leandro

Police report that they've made an arrest.

SAN LEANDRO, CA — Police arrested a 33-year-old man suspected of fatally stabbing his roommate Sunday night in San Leandro.

Officers responded about 11 p.m. to the 300 block of Dutton Avenue, where they found a man with multiple stab wounds, police said in a news release.

Police did not release the names of the suspect or the victim, or any other details about the case.

The death is San Leandro's first homicide in 2021.
