San Leandro Driver Killed in Oakland Shooting

A San Leandro man was shot to death early Friday in East Oakland, the Oakland Tribune reports.

Mustafa Abushi, 28, was found at 12:29 a.m. Friday inside his car that had crashed at the intersection of 92nd Avenue and Cherry Street. He was shot to death according to the Oakland Tribune.

Police told the Tribune that it appears that Abushi was shot while driving a short distance from where he crashed.

No motive has been established and no arrests have been made, the Oakland Tribune reports.

Abushi worked as a clerk at a family-owned liquor store and was the father of two children, the Oakland Tribune reports.
