The Northern California Regional Intelligence Center (NCRIC) and the Northern California High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (NCHIDTA) launched a website on Tuesday dedicated to Northern California’s most wanted criminals.
The website shows pictures and descriptions of the criminals, and allows citizens to report the location of a criminal anonymously.
The following “Most Wanted Fugitives” listed are wanted by the San Leandro Police Department.

- Felicia Wilson is wanted for armed robbery at a Valero gas station on Nov. 28, 2012.
- Christopher Vaitafa is wanted for discharging a firearm toward an inhabited dwelling at a private party at the San Leandro Senior Center on Aug. 8.
- Fesuiai “Soli” Fuimaono is wanted for on going Lewd and Lascivious Acts towards a minor under the age of 14.
According to the website, these fugitives should be considered armed and dangerous. Never try to apprehend a fugitive yourself. Contact law enforcement for assistance.
