• Shoreline Trash Takers. Grab your work gloves and your goodwill; salt marsh needs your help with trash has accumulated since last clean-up. We'll provide the trash bags and some gloves to loan. Ages 5 and up. Free! Hayward Shoreline.

• Community Meeting with Alameda County Supervisors Nate Miley and Wilma Chan. Hayward.  Opportunity to help shape the Eden Area for next five years. Those attending will have the opportunity to vote on Public Safety & Realignment, Education, Agriculture and the Environment, Governance, and Economic Development.
