Watch The World Cup Friday At San Leandro Library
Brazil will take on Belgium, with the winner advancing to the quarterfinals.

SAN LEANDRO, CA — The San Leandro Main Library will hold its final free public screening Friday of the 2018 FIFA World Cup at the Library's Lecture Hall, featuring Brazil v. Belgium. The winner will go to the quarterfinals.
Following the game, a free screening of the soccer documentary "Once in a Lifetime" will be screened.
The game starts at 11 a.m. The library is located at 300 Estudillo Avenue.

The library encourages you to "wear (your) favorite jersey, trade Panini soccer cards, and enter a raffle to win a football jersey from the Main Library's Atrium Display."
FIFA Fridays is a part of the all-ages summer reading challenge, "Reading Takes You Everywhere."
