APA Fest kickoff with Crazy Rich Asian at San Gabriel Playhouse

5/21/ 19 is the official kick-off Of Asian Pacific American Festival at San Gabriel Mission Playhouse with a movie screening of Crazy Rich Asian at 6:30pm FREE FREE FREE

5:30 PM Meet Cheryl Koh the CRA theme song singer will be onstage to share her experience with the audience since she did sing the movie’s Opening & Closing song, “Money” (as many may regard her song as the “theme” song of the movie). Also talk about her work on the film; from the audition process to recording & working with the director Jon M. Chu in the recording studio (Warner Bros. Crew filmed me for the “Behind The Scenes” footages too), meeting the main cast of Crazy Rich Asians, having the New York Times photoshoot with them, and attending the official Red Carpet World Premiere at the TCL Chinese Theatre with the whole cast & crew.
