United Charity Foundation present the "Asian Pacific American Festival" at The San Gabriel Mission Playhouse brings world-class entertainment professionals up close and personal to San Gabriel community. #APAFEST May 6 – May 27, 2018
Festival organizers are collecting immigration stories from community members on video, on tape and in writing, which they’ll be sharing via social media and at the Mission Playhouse itself. The final weekend 5-26-18 features an event showcasing three of these stories developed into short pieces for the stage by professional actors and directors as well as performances from the festivals workshop participants in this closing weekend spectacular.
APA-FEST promises a lively, varied and positive experience for the Asian Pacific American population and others keen to engage in some fun and enlightening cultural experiences. All events are free.
