Join us for a series of events centering the narratives, histories, and work of Asian, Asian American, and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities. Events include community healing spaces, musical performances, talks, and open mics that examine the root of anti-Asian hate, build resilience and critical consciousness, and celebrate AAPI talent.

Moving Beyond the Violence Against Asian Pacific Islanders: A Moment of Healing, Compassion and Action featuring Activity Camille Mays
Join us in a Healing Soundbath Workshop in response to the increase in violence against our Asian, Asian American, and Pacific Islander communities. This workshop will feature Camille Mays and her background in healing, the history of healing with sound, and a 30 minute soundbath session to address shared emotions of anger, hurt and grief.

Camille Mays is the Founder and Co-Director of Peace Garden MKE. One of her main objectives is to provide trauma-informed care and healing to community members, grassroots organizers and other stakeholders.
