The Clinton's campaign hosted a press conference to launch "AAPI for Hillary" on Jan. 7; a bid to get out the AAPI Vote for Clinton.

A mob of press showed up at the San Gabriel Hilton to cover the “AAPI (Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders) for Hillary” press conference yesterday.

Congresswoman Judy Chu, members of the AAPI elected officials, community leaders along with actress Ming-Na Wen and Olympian Michelle Kwan attended the event to show their support in front of a crowd of few hundreds audience.

Clinton’s half hour speech focused on what’s at stake and the impact for the AAPI community in this presidential election. Her campaign promises will increase minimum wages, affordable higher education, immigration reform...etc. and pledge that she’ll fight for the AAPI community when she become the next president.
