What is your history in your community?
Moved to San Marino in 2012 from Montebello, California. I was born in Los Angeles (East), went to Garfield High School, UC Santa Cruz and UC Los Angeles. My husband’s trajectory is very similar, except he went to USC for grad school instead of UCLA. Our family is new to San Marino.

What is your current job or role in the community?
I am currently an adjunct Spanish professor at Rio Hondo College. I have served at the SMHS boys soccer booster for the past three years but, now both my sons have graduated and hope to do volunteer work; I'd like to help the homeless with the Union Rescue Mission
