Recreation Commission Seeking to Fill Vacant Position

The City of San Marino has an unscheduled vacancy for a position on the Recreation Commission and interested San Marino residents can apply, the City announced on its website.

Duties for the position, which will be appointed by the San Marino City Council, include:

-Fulfill the remainder of a four (4) year term of office scheduled to expire on June 30, 2015.

-Attend Recreation Commission meetings, held quarterly on the first month of each quarter, on the fourth Monday at 7 p.m. at the Crowell Public Library.

-Advise and inform the City Council on matters pertaining to public recreation programs, and advise the City Manager and Community Services Director on recreation budgetary matters.
