Patch: How long have you been doing business?


Cheney: We have been in business for 2 1/2 years.

Patch: What attracted you to the line of work you’re in, and how did you get started?


Cheney: I got started in the business by helping out some friends that do screen printing and embroidery. I saw an opportunity to expand to all promotional products.


Patch: If you had to sum up your business mission to a stranger, what words would you use?


Cheney: Fast, friendly, reliable, affordable.


Patch: What’s the biggest challenge or most difficult moment you’ve faced in your job?


Cheney: Coordinating with suppliers, decorators and UPS/FedEx to deliver the product in a reasonable time.


Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?


Cheney: Delivering a final product and having a satisfied customer who is excited about their product.


Patch: How would you say your business distinguishes itself from the others?


Cheney: Our focus is 100 percent on quality and the customer experience.


Patch: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given when it comes to success?


Cheney: Do whatever it takes to make the customer happy, set the right expectations, and they will keep coming back.


Patch: Are there any new projects or endeavors you’re working on that you’re extra excited about?


Cheney: Online e-commerce sales. We also recently launched a new label called Anchor Backroom, which targets high-end promotional goods.
