Credit Union's San Rafael Branch Launches Toy and Food Drive

SAN RAFAEL, CA -- Redwood Credit Union has launched a holiday food and toy drive at its San Rafael branch, located at 209 Third St., through Dec. 9.

The branch is accepting donations of new, unwrapped toys and non-perishable food items for distribution to individuals and families in need this holiday season. Toy donations will benefit Ritter Center’s Holiday Toy Store program, while food donations benefit the SF-Marin Food Bank.

All of the Credit Union’s branch locations are sponsoring holiday toy and food drives benefiting a variety of community nonprofit agencies. A complete list is available at www.redwoodcu.org/holidaygiving.

Redwood Credit Union is based in Santa Rosa and has branches in the Marin County cities of San Rafael and Novato. It offers financial, volunteer and leadership support to a variety of local nonprofit organizations and community efforts on a continuing basis, including SchoolsRule Marin, and the Center for Volunteer and Nonprofit Leadership.
