BOULDER, CO — Former Novato High lacrosse standout Charlie Rudy was named the Pacific-12 Conference Offensive Player of the Week.

The Colorado junior scored eight goals and had one assist over two games this weekend.
She scored four goals to lead the Buffaloes to a 12-10 conference win against California on Sunday.

Two days earlier she scored four goals and had one assist in a 16-13 nonconference victory over UC Davis.

Rudy extended her consecutive point-scoring streak to 17 games with her eighth and ninth hat-tricks of the season.

She was named the Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week for the second time of her career. She previously received the honor on March 9, 2020.

Rudy graduated from NHS in 2018 after helping lead the Hornets to Marin County Athletic League and DI North Coast Section championships all four seasons.

She combined for 307 goals her last two years.

She scored 160 goals her junior year, when she was named US Lacrosse Magazine’s West Coast Player of The Year.

As a senior, she was named a preseason All-American and an Under Armour All-American after the season ended.

She was also tabbed the NHS Player of the Year.

Rudy was invited to try out for the U19 women’s national lacrosse team.

Rudy was named the MCAL Player of the Year after an outstanding sophomore season and was also an MCAL First Team All-League honoree as a freshman.
