Marin Senior Housing Community Honored

FAIRFAX, CA — A Fairfax senior housing community has received a prestigious honor.

Victory Village won the Gold Nugget Award earlier this month for Best Affordable Senior Housing Community.

The Marin facility was presented the award June 11 at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference, the West Coast’s largest homebuilding trade show.

The Gold Nugget Awards recognize projects in various categories that have raised the bar for innovative architecture, planning, and construction concepts that solve fundamental building industry needs.
