San Rafael Chamber Holds Women’s Empowerment Event

SAN RAFAEL, CA — The San Rafael Chamber of Commerce will host a virtual women’s empowerment series event later this month emphasizing self-care amid the pandemic.

The March 31 meeting is the fourth in the chamber’s women empowerment series.

Marin Health & Human Services Director Benita McLarin, Jill Daily, the founder of the yoga/fitness studio Daily Method, and cannabis delivery service Nice Guys Delivery Co-Founder Monica Gray will be the featured guests offering advice on how to stay healthy.

“Women make themselves available to many different people on a daily basis and are often taking care of others and often forget to make the time for their own healthy lifestyle habits,” the chamber said in a statement announcing the event.

“If this sounds familiar, join us for an evening of practical wellness advice from 3 experts in the field of getting and staying healthy”

The event will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
