San Rafael PorchFest, Volunteers Needed!

Enthusiastic and happy music lovers are needed for various tasks at the first San Rafael PorchFest in Gerstle Park. Volunteer tasks include helping at barricades at key intersections, T-shirt sales, technical assistants for performers’ sound equipment, bicycle parking, traffic control, porch captains and other jobs of short duration that will allow you to enjoy the day of music.

WHY: Volunteers are need for various duties to make the first San Rafael PorchFest successful.

San Rafael PorchFest will be on Sunday, September 23, 2018 in the Gerstle Park neighborhood of San Rafael, CA. Barricades at key intersections will create a bicycle- and pedestrian-friendly zone for attendees. The event is free for all ages and musicians will perform on porches throughout the neighborhood. Performances will be varied from solo instrumentalists to a9-piece band, folk, blue grass, jazz.

There’s a free T-shirt and free lunch for Volunteers.
