San Rafael Readies For Francisco Blvd. Lane Closure
Traffic control will be set up to allow two-way traffic on the one lane road by utilizing flaggers.

SAN RAFAEL, CA — A section of Francisco Boulevard East will be closed this during overnight hours during for part of this weekend as traffic engineers gather data for the Francisco Boulevard East Resurfacing project, city officials said.
The work will require a lane closure along Francisco Boulevard East between Vivian Street and Grand Avenue Friday from 9 p.m. to Saturday at 6 a.m., and then later on Saturday from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Sunday.

The street resurfacing scheduled to occur in the fall of this year is part of the $7.2 million Francisco Boulevard East Sidewalk Improvements project.
