San Rafael Seeks Junior Civil Engineer

SAN RAFAEL, CA — Think you can help San Rafael construction projects run more smoothly?

If you have a background in civil engineering, the city may want to talk to you.

San Rafael is hiring a junior engineer to assist in the development and management of public works construction programs and projects.

The position involves in all phases of the project developments including mapping, drafting, reporting and field inspection.

“We are seeking a candidate who is up to the challenge of working in a dynamic department,” city officials said in a statement announcing the opening.

“This job will require creative problem-solving, community engagement, and relationship building.”

A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field is the only listed requirement for this position.
