Step Into Balance announces pro bono executive coaching
Executive Coaching for Nonprofit Leaders

The business community is well-aware of the benefits of strong, informed leadership for their bottom line. Executive teams understand that if they are to keep and attract strong leaders, they need to provide them with opportunities for growth. They know that:
- Young, diverse leaders are becoming a force for change
- These leaders expect to engage in purposeful work, and participate in ongoing learning
Wise business owners also know that nonprofits provide vital benefits to the community.
According to a 2014 report, Causes Count: The Economic Power of California’s Nonprofit Sector, nonprofit economic activity contributes 15% — or 1/6 — of California’s Gross State Product (GSP). As government funding diminishes for public services, the nonprofit community is taking up the slack. Leaders of busy nonprofits often envy corporate budgets with a dedicated line item for professional development.
