The annual JDRF One Walk in San Ramon, organized by the JDRF Greater Bay Area Chapter, will take place on October 21 at Bishop Ranch, 2600 Camino Ramon, bringing together supporters to raise awareness of type 1 diabetes and also raise money for critical T1D research. The event will include a 3 mile walk at Bishop Ranch, 2600 Camino Ramon in San Ramon, and an array of family-friendly activities. The fundraising goal for the JDRF One Walk in San Ramon is $475,000. Check-in: 9:30AM; Starts: 11:00AM.
The Oakland A's are a Presenting Partner and Stomper will appear to help cheer on the walkers. Catherine Aker, VP of Communications & Community, is serving as Corporate Chair and Bob Melvin, Manager, is the Honorary Chair.
Telemundo 48 weather anchor Gabriela Dellán will emcee the event.
