Council Workshop Takes Up Consolidating Fire, Dispatch In 1 Place

SAN RAMON, CA — At a special meeting workshop Tuesday, the San Ramon City Council will discuss a potential partnership with the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District to create a joint public safety building in an existing city building at 2410 Crow Canyon Road.

This joint building, which would be in the same complex as many of San Ramon's administrative offices (not City Hall), would move the fire district administration (now a short distance away at 1500 Bollinger Canyon Road) to the 2410 building. The San Ramon Police Department headquarters and the city's Emergency Operations Center are already in that
complex.
